There are numerous dealers in the Northern Indiana area capable of selling a boat, but i'm not sure anyone can do a better job of making you happy you bought it from them. Mark and his team go above and beyond anything i could have expected. From perfectly tuning the audio system after arriving to them from the factory at their cost, to ensuring my weekend wasn't ruined after I negligently bent my drive shaft. They really are a step above the rest in the industry and provide the type of service and follow up that creates loyal, lifelong customers.
I'm late on my (honest) review, to Pro Wake Watersports - I'm sorry. Purchase experience was great. Fantastic sales, mgmt and service staff- really . Difficulties I've had surfaced after its maiden voyage (99 Tige 2100v). TAPS and surge brakes (trailer) don't work,and the v-Drive needs alignment (awful vibrations at a specific RPM). Additionally, trailer wiring harness failed to work (from IN to WI) - glad to be here. While the experience was 5 stars, what I purchased as turn key, is less than that. 2-3 stars. Understand the boat and the equipment, when purchasing any boat. I thought I knew enough, now saddled with the additional expenses to bring her back to what I thought I was sold.

From scheduling maintenance to performing service the warm welcome family like vibe and greeting when you walk through the door and the knowledge about their product makes spending your hard earned dollars easy! I bought an 06 supra launch from Jared and Collin at prowake. Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Spot on with how clean the boat was before I saw it and and happy with how I am treated even though I know they are extremely busy. Thanks guys I will be back.
